Prices
& Payment
No
hidden charges here! all our products inc. v.a.t @ 17.5%. Delivery
is normally FREE of charge to the U.K mainland only. ( Excluding some Scottish
post codes). You have the option to purchase online through our
Secure Server, or we will be happy to take your order over the
phone on 01263-820202 or Fax us on 826190.
You can also pay by cheque against a pro-forma invoice. The goods
will remain the property of Honda Generator until payment has
been received in full.
Security
& Peace Of Mind
All
online orders placed with us are processed through a secure server
(SSL). This secure server encrypts all information disclosed to
us before it is transferred from your P.C. This ensures that your
details are not accessible by any third parties. We take the subject
of fraud very seriously and adhere strictly to the code of practice
as set down in the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 & 1998.
We do not keep records of your details that would be accessible
by other parties online and we will not contact you unless your
permission is given.

Delivery
Delivery
is FREE of charge to the U.K Mainland only. This is normally within
5-7 days. In the unlikely event of there being a delay we will
contact you either by e-mail or by telephone on your contact number.
As delivery is normally between 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays, it
maybe more suitable to supply us with your work address for delivery,
as the carrier will require a valid signature on delivery.
Returns
/ Problems/ Cooling Off Period
You
have the option to return any product for whatever reason within
7 days of receiving your order. All you have to do is contact

We
will arrange to collect the machine . All we ask is that the machine
is returned in it's original packaging. Please Note !!! that
on certain occasions we reserve the right to charge for returns

endured if we fail to meet our designated delivery time. All orders
